Because it really matters if some random jobber is on the European tour. Chances are hes being cut and was held off of the tour. This is generally the week when the WWE makes their post WM cuts.

He's been getting endorsements from tons of WWE figures, I highly doubt he will be released.

You would hope that this much endorsement would make sure the guy doesn't get cut. WWE can't be that stupid, though they're stupid enough to keep him off regular Raw programming...
I'm personally a huge fan. So much so that I'm tempted to crack out the old Ryder sig once again, just 'cause he's such a giant WIN on the whole.

Someone just told me Zack will be on the second half of the tour next week! I'm not 100% sure if this is true. But I hope it is 'cause I really want to see him live on monday!

He's not going to get released. Too much backing and too much potential. When you have Cena, CM Punk, The Miz, Joey Styles and basically everybody under the sun talking about how great you are and trying to put you over non-stop, your job is safe. It's not like anyone was doing this for Mike Knox.

Well, that's too bad for the Europeans.
Zack Ryder got promo time on Superstars (who in WWE gets promo time?) which is a very good sign.
Also in his match there were dueling chants of "Let's go Ryder" (men) and "Ryder sucks!" (kids)
He's getting over! WWE won't ignore this or his YouTube shows.
