I mean isn't there any interest in these guys anymore? Last mainstream thing I saw which involved WWE was probably Big Show on Conan, Ziggler talking politics and some stuff from New Day from some nerdy site if those are even that much?
I remember a while ago people were jumping on who was the champ a few years ago trying to get them on their show. I really feel not only the interest is limited but nobody from the top right now can represent WWE outside the bubble or even Vince is too scared that he might lose them like Rock, Cena and others.
What do you think?

Wrestling's in a downturn now. I remember back in the day when you'd have wrestlers on TV shows. A and E did a week of wrestler biographies. These days not so much. Speaks to the quality of the product.

well one thing that hurts is when wwe brings in celebs, they have their wrestlers act like idiots, because they think that is what people want. Someone who does not watch wrestling tunes in the first time and they see some 60 yr old celeb slap the shit out a supposed big time heel and they flop around. then you always get some old timers with young guys doing some dance. then a hidden sex joke that is not even funny. every match is a squash. Someone just coming in wants one of 2 things interesting characters or great action. They get nothing and never come back. if you are in the media hwo do you market that if thats what wwe books itself as when they get mainstream help. wwe has people they can market to different groups, but they want to keep people back because they might leave. IF wwe did real things with different companies on behalf of their wrestlers then they would get them to stay and make more money. like instead of wwe studios, they have a contract with movie studios that they get to have a number of wrestlers each yr get auditions....bam mainstream appeal even if they do not get the job

The two legit stars that are still legit stars that are left are currently part-time (Lesnar and Cena). Otherwise, it's a bunch of geeks, guys/girls, and AJ Styles.

I mean it personally doesn't bother me. Mainstream media these days is pretty toxic. So I'd rather just have WWE talent stay within their business and be appreciated by their fans. Could careless what the general public or someone from Hollywood thinks about a certain talent.

Between the Mauro Ranallo situation and how shitty the most recent episode of Raw was, I wouldn't even give these pack of carnies a 2nd glance. :draper2

thats one thing i forgot, more people know of the back stage bs that goes on. so many wrestlers in the past were such dicks , then you read stories of people shitting in others food. you have real pros get crucified in acts of self defense. no way you would promote someone who actually tries to harm someone.................. really wwe should say get all their ring gear made by like underarmour.....they would get promotion, free gear, and all the wrestlers would have really outstanding attire and make everyone look legit instead of "carnie"
