– WWE Superstar Nia Jax shared a short clip on her Instagram account, showing her running the ropes at the Performance Center in Orlando. You can check out that clip below. She wrote, “Testing out the new knees!” Jax is still currently on the injury shelf and recently had to undergo double-ACL surgery.

There does come a time where you need to weigh long term quality of life over trying to "give it one more shot" in the ring.. Not being able to walk isn't something to take lightly.

A match with Becky for the title and then find someone who is not doing something and win the tag team titles.

Just hope she returns in time for the Royal Rumble match, in 2018 she was the MVP character of the PPV, the women royal rumble match needs someone like her for the big spots, rumble matches are not kind with the women, they are too light and most of the time the eliminations over the top rope look too fake because 90% of the roster don't have the physical or the strength to pull of those moves.

She should lose weight, not because "she's fat ergo I don't like her", but to avoid health problems, she is 35 and just like Kevin Owens, still have time to avoid a heart disease and diabetes.

Niether will become crossover supertars by losing weight but they will be gaining more years of life to be able to enjoy them once their careers are over.

Man not to be an asshole, but if you're obese and had double ACL surgery, the first thing you should do is probably lose weight rather than run the ropes.
Not going to lie I'm on the larger end of the scales, but if I had double knee surgery the first thing I would worry about while having time off is lose weight, or it wont be long until she injured herself again.
That being said glad to hear she's on the mend.
