New Year's Revolution Banner
Size: 380 x 340
Colours: Browns and blacks, etc.
Picture's: I would like Shawn Michaels and Kurt Angle with the WWE title somewhere on the banner in the painted style of the current NYR banner. If you need a picture I will provide one. I also need the NYR logo and below it I would like January 8th 2006 and below that San Jose, California.

You can pretty much place anything wherever you want but as long as it looks good. The size and colours are pretty much flexible as well.

Do you know how to do the cartoon style of it? Because I will do the banner for you.

On photoshop I belive it's under filter and then brush strokes or soemthing similar. I think a blur type would work as well.
