I like the border and the text and the BG, the colors are alright, so overall I think it is one of the best ones you have done.

No offense, but it looks kinda shatty to me. I think the colors and the pattern look really word, along with the text.

The gray cut you did on top looks good though.

Mmm, get rid of the outer glow around the grey part. And the text needs to stand out more.

And as for the colour pallet looking word.. I don't know...

I like the background. I'm always partial to a red/orange/yellow rusty grunge background and such. That's all I really like about it. The grey bar thingy isn't needed, and the glow on the text should be less strong and be a burnt reddish-orange color to just stand out from the background.

I don't like it, the grey bar ruins it, remove it please. Don't like the font and the glow on the text
