Roddy Piper and Sick Nick Mondo have signed WWE contracts. Nick will start on the Raw roster in the Hardcore title division. Piper will be a manager, although his client is not yet known. Piper is already causing tension backstage and his signing has upset both Kevin Nash and X Pac.
