It's not that bad, but like mentioned before you need to work on some things. Try a black border...by creating new layer>Select All(CTRL+A)>Edit>Stroke and just choose the color. Also don't overwhelm the banner with green. Try some blending options for the text and try some different text from dafont.com. Use goodtutorials.com for more help.

^^^I agree, BTW Retribution work on the cutting of the pics I can see some black on Benoit's leg. You can always use Psd's which are pre-cut...but it's up too you.

use a program like Adobe Photoshop or Paintshop Pro(which I have never used). You can get a trial of Photoshop at the Adobe site.
