Wondering what many think was the most unjust release, or releases, of 2010. There were quite a few people released throughout the year, some who asked to be, many more who apparently didn't, but who sticks out to you as plainly "unjust" compared to the majority of the releases?

For me, I think I would have to say Luke Gallows. The guy is still very young, in his mid-twenties, was turning into a decent big man style worker, proved he could play an important role within a stable and seemed to have a fairly significant "upside." I'm still not sure why they released him with a bunch of comparatively broken-down guys who were either in their mid- or late-30s. I hope he gets another chance. It's not his fault the SES angle disintegrated in ugly fashion, it was WWE's, but it seems as though he was punished for it. "Unjust."

What do you think? Who jumps out to you?

Luke Gallows, he did nothing wrong, and he could definitely improve.

Carlito is another one, granted its probably because of bias from me, but he could have easily been world champion. He was a great all around talent. But i guess he did deserve it for being a douche backstage

It can only be Luke Gallows for me, Shelton had 8 years in the company so wither this forum agrees or not, WWE have a right to release him if he's not over.
Luke Gallows was unproven and used wrongly.

And all of the obvious ones don't count since they all asked for or forced their release such as Carlito, MVP, Kaval etc.

Kaval was told they had nothing for him (stupid I know), but they weren't saying "Yeah so we're gonna have to release you". He could've stayed, jobbed and attempted to get over with the fans forcing a push.

That's one of the easiest questions I've ever answered. Shelton Benjamin. Easy. No contest. Luke Gallows and Carlito were shit next to Shelton.
 Carlito was WAY better than Shelton. Carlito was great in all aspects of wrestling, he had charisma, he had great mic skills, and he was good in the ring. Shelton was just good in the ring.. Therefore Carlito > Shelton

Yeah Carlito is miles better than Shelton, but was of course a little fuckhead so he deserved to get the boot.

It's too bad Kaval requested his release. I had a soft spot for the guy (I don't follow any indy promotion mind you) so I was kinda sad to see him asking to leave. It's one of those guys who'll never come back either, so his departure was definitely dissapointing.

I don't understand why people are fans of Carlito.

He was okay when he first debuted with his original gimmick, but as soon as he put on the long pants and let his hair go crazy he became stale and deserved his release.
