http://www.wrestlingrumors.net/wwe-keeping-undertaker-off-television-wrestlemania-31/34110/

A new report from Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer of “Wrestling Observer Radio” and F4Wonline.com has provided more on WWE keeping The Undertaker off television until WrestleMania 31 on March 29. As previously reported, ‘Taker is expected to face Bray Wyatt at the annual PPV, but is not expected to appear on “Monday Night Raw” or “Smackdown” prior to their match.

According to F4Wonline.com, the company will utilize old school Undertaker “mind game” techniques to respond to Wyatt’s challenge soon. What could possibly be seen as early as the March 2 edition of “RAW,” dark lightening, mysterious hints and clues, lightening, video packages, and so forth are reportedly about to be used to begin teasing the WrestleMania return of the Deadman.

WWE used a similar build towards the WrestleMania XX match between Undertaker and Kane. The match would be the first time ‘Taker had wrestled under the “Deadman” gimmick in four years, and the company wanted to keep what his look and condition would be a surprise until the big show. Fans were then delighted to see the return of the druids, gong, ominous blue/purple lighting, and even Paul Bearer.

Undertaker hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since his shocking defeat at the hands of Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XXX on April 6, 2014. Although he was severely concussed during the match and dealt with injuries for months afterwards, Undertaker has said to be in great condition coming into WrestleMania 31.

He recently ran a marathon with his wife, former WWE Women’s and Divas Champion Michelle McCool, for charity. The two also work out in their gym constantly, training in kick-boxing and the Israeli self-defense art, Krav Maga. Many questioned the condition of ‘Taker following WrestleMania XXX, as he did appear a lot older in pictures that appeared online during the calendar year, but all the “worry” and criticism from fans is simply judgmental and cosmetic, as the man is merely aging, just as everyone does.

WWE executives, Wyatt, and The Undertaker, real name Mark Calaway, expect this upcoming match at WrestleMania 31 to be a fantastic one. There is no definite timeline on when Calaway will hang up his urn and retire, but only working one-to-two shows a year has extended his career this far, and it will be up to him to decide when he wants to stop returning.

I like it. Think it's an awesome match.

Gonna get shit on for this but I'd love them to tease the Deadman gimmick all the way to Mania then have "American Bad Ass" play and Taker shoot down the ramp on his chopper. Especially since there's a good chance his entrance will be in the daylight.

Come out looking all shredded and old man rugged with the leather, bandana, and glasses.

One last time!

Only worthwile match now that the streak is gone would be Sting, f*** that Bray-s***, nobody will benefit from it, he should just stay retired for good.
Building WM32 at WM31? We can't even be sure Taker is still alive next year...
This is all so sad.

God, I hate the idea of this match so much. Everything about it.
So you'd rather see Bray in a meaningless match at Mania instead of facing Taker in practically a dream match? I understand if you fear that a loss will hurt him and I share the same concerns but a match with Taker right now has lifted Bray's stock and he damn sure he needs it since his burial at the hands of Cena. Mark my words, Bray vs Taker will steal the show.

Pretty much guarantees he wins.

Fuck this company. Fuck Vince McMahon. And fuck Mark Calaway.

Yeah fucking right. If he goes over Wyatt I'll lose any respect I ever had for him. He's just as bad as Cena if he does this.

That really would be awesome. It would be a great swerve - they should even keep it a secret from Wyatt so his reaction is perfect. I like it.

Yeah what rub for Wyatt eh. Taker turns up for one fucking night, kicks his ass, then leaves for a year.

Oh how Wyatt will be elevated.

Fuck this bullshit. Only reason I wanted this match was the epic promos then Wyatt going over. Instead we get the most vulnerable Undertaker ever, turning up ONE night and beating Wyatts ass.

Fuck this bullshit.

Undertaker is worse than Cena. Least Cena is in his prime and always there.

Undertaker does fucking nothing for a year, wont even turn up for the build, comes back for Mania to get his check and bury a young talent then pisses off for another year to then come back and beat sting and get another pay check

Fuck you Undertaker.

You give him too much credit to begin with if you have any respect left to lose. His actions in regards to DDP, Kanyon, and Punk are reason enough to view the man as shallow and ignorant.

He may be a great leader and respectful to most, but he's not what people build him up to be.

Is not even about him wrestling the undertaker is just the fact he is not going over.

He needs this win to redeem himself from that lost from Cena he hasn't recovered from that match at all. Which is why he needs to go over.

Undertaker should be retiring soon losing to Wyatt make sense as he lost most of his super human strength when he lost to lesnar. Now the undertaker is a mortal kayfabe wise.

If he loses he can come out and cut a retirement promo which will lead him to one more match his last ride a retirement match with Sting. Both then can retire and be inducted in HoF next year.

It'll make his appearance at mania all the more special, I'm okay with it
Anyone ok with this doesnt have a clue about the business. Enjoy WWE when ever 'star' in the company is nothing more than a midcarder who's been buried by numerous veterans,

Bray/Taker is a meaningless match.

He needs it after his "burial at the hands of Cena" .... You do realise he is going to get buried again right?? Quite literally this time, if they have some buried alive/casket match gimmick.

It won't steal the show, it will be a shit match. The only purpose of it is to give Taker his win back so he can look strong again going into 32. Fuck, he can't even be arsed to show up and build the match properly.
