http://www.lordsofpain.net/news/wwe/Morality_Clause_Now_In_WWE_Contracts_Backstage_News_on_Big_E_Langston_Mysterio_DVD.html

- It's been noted how John Cena is Big E Langston's biggest supporter within WWE. With Cena back from injury already, look for Langston to be featured on WWE TV more. This goes with what was reported in our SmackDown spoilers this week.

- All new WWE contracts reportedly have a morality clause in them. Basically, if a talent has inappropriate photos or videos that can be found online or in print, they will not be signed. They have to sign a deal saying that no such material exists and if it happens to be found, not only will they not be hired but will be blacklisted from the company.

- WWE is currently working on a Rey Mysterio DVD to be released in 2014.

Re: Morality Clause Now In WWE Contracts + BackStage Langston News + New Mysterio DVD

:mark: for the Mysterio DVD. I purchase all of his DVD sets because I know the match quality will be very good - great. The Biggest Little Man is still one of their best DVDs they have ever produced for an individual wrestler as far as match quality is concerned. Very much looking forward to maybe a documentary as well this time. This may coincide with Rey's final run and retirement.

I find the morality clause to be rather interesting. I wonder if they'd now consider Playboy to be inappropriate. We haven't really seen them hire many women with a Playboy past as of late anyway. Though I know of a few signings from this year that have interesting pictures and videos floating around.

They need to let Langston use his five count gimmick again. It helped get him over in NXT and was a pretty decent gimmick

That morality clause sounds pretty stupid if you ask me. Although I guess it depends on what WWE deem as inappropriate.

I think things like those Kelly Kelly pictures would be 'inappropriate'. This is just WWE keeping up with the times; 1000 social websites + most phones having the ability to take and upload pictures instantly these days means it's a lot easier to get caught with your pants down these days, and any modern professional has to be constantly aware of that.

You're right. It's a bit vague as we don't know what they consider to be inappropriate. I would imagine if anyone taking part in a tryout had pics similar to the one of Kelly Kelly on the sink or Titus O'Neil's "hacked" Twitter picture out there, they probably wouldn't get hired. They recently hired someone that has done foot fetish shoots though.

Morality clause is likely just another way to get out of contracts they want out of

Since Mickie James did porn she won't be returning then? Porn being an entertainment industry, I feel as if Vince would understand that? Hmm.
