With the unification of the titles, the Money in the Bank will only have one MITB Ladder match. This creates a problem, as only one 15-20 minute match being the main attraction in a PPV, involving a ton of mid carders and rarely ever any feuds makes it feel pretty empty. We either need 2 MITB ladder matches with different prizes or a chance to the main MITB itself.

WWE could hold matches to qualify for MITB, but that would go against the changes they made in the last few years that added increasingly more people.

They could also hold a MITB for an IC Title match...but wouldn't that feel a little unnecessary? I mean, it is a mid card title after all, MITB should be about making it big and a way to push people onto the title scene. A more-than-6-men ladder match for the IC title itself would be, kayfabe-wise, a bigger nightmare for the champion than an Elimination Chamber match. I could see Authority doing it to screw the champ this year, but making it a staple?

They will probably only hold one MITB match like they did at EC. However, the elimination chamber match is for the world title in the RTWM, and involves only main eventers and upper-midcarders, so it has a bigger focus than MITB will have. Does anyone else feel like it will be overshadowed and thus be a little underwhelming?

You raise a good question. They could possibly have a IC/US unification match on a ladder as well as the WWE WHC MITB match. I think each one has 6-8 superstars would be nice

What they should do is make the other MITB match and NXT version where the winner is automatically guaranteed a spot on the main roster.

That way NXT as a brand gets some mega exposure, as do the wrestlers in NXT so they can get across to the major audiences and someone like Sammy Zayn can be the winner and gets called up straight away without the need of constant vignettes.

There is so much talent in Florida right now.

The crowd would eat up Sammy Zayn vs. Adrian Neville vs. Cory Graves vs. Tyler Breeze vs. Mojo Rawley vs. Enzo Amore.

Initially the crowd would be quiet due to the unknown wrestlers but throw in a few high spots and you'll have them hook, line and sinker. That way we keep the awful jobbing pointless mid-card matches from ruining the spectacle as we see guys with talent vying for a shot at the big time.

its time for the 1st ever MITB divas match. not necessarily a ladder match, any gimmicky one will do. just put 5-6 divas who can make it work like emma, nattie, etc. while the champ paige watches on commentary. it will definitely open a lot of possibilities later on for the division. :

This is why we have evolution vs the shield in my opinion,they'll make the match at extreme rules a good one making us want to come back for more and then they'll likely end it at mitb or battleground

Thinking back, this idea is perfect in my opinion. Instead of having them fight for the dream of having a title match, have them fight for a contract. There's so much potential in this, I'll be dissapointed when WWE doesn't do it ahah
