He will be a champion who will hardly wrestle. Just be there for promos like he is. So to me he will flop.

Roman Reigns has defended his titles seven times in eleven months this year. Is he a flop or is that okay because Fed gud, Dub bad?

I'd like to see the champion wrestle regularly, defend his title around once a month and work tags in the build-up. Pretty sure MJF will have to lace up his boots more if he wins the belt. Omega is the only champ who got away with some longer gaps between defenses and that was because he was also defending two other titles in other promotions.

Can you make a thread to rate the February 8th 2023 Dynamite next? Might as well get that one out of the way.

Roman Reigns is a much bigger star than MJF is. He has a history of wrestling on weekly bases so he can take a step back to defend his championship in bigger PPV events. MJF is currently not on his level. MJF is still very young in his career compared to Roman Reigns so he should be wrestling more.

If MJF is not lacing up his boots when he is not champion you are expecting him to do it when he is champion? Ok I guess we will see.

He could win it, do nothing then lose in his first defence and it would still be better than both Punk's reigns.

If MJF can't have a good run, then they might as well retire the belt. You guys are so pessimistic, and yet somehow more positive than Reddit

Success, though if I am going to be honest I have zero idea who he is going to defend it against as the main event scene has been hollow for half a year.

Nan I am thinking he does alright. He has managed to make just about everything he he has done thus far entertaining and watchable.

Imagine that Jericho shit with just about anyone else. Ok, as it was it was very hit and miss, but I suggest it would have been completely unbearable with anyone else.

Dude has a habit of making everything he is involved with better. He isn't dumb either and I think he'll have a say on how he is booked as champion. MJF is a clever cookie. He will make this a success.
