Dave Mustaine -- the lead singer of Megadeth -- believes Barack Obama "staged" the massacre in Aurora, CO in a sick, twisted plot to pass a gun ban.

Mustaine made the comments on stage at an August 7 performance in Singapore ... when he told the crowd, "Back in my country, my president ... he's trying to pass a gun ban, so he's staging all of these murders, like the 'Fast And Furious' thing down at the border ... Aurora, Colorado, all the people that were killed there ... and now the beautiful people at the Sikh temple."

He continued, "I don't know where I'm gonna live if America keeps going the way it's going because it looks like it's turning into Nazi America."

Obviously, Mustaine is not an Obama fan ... and recently bashed the President during an interview with Alex Jones ... saying, "With all of the proof about his birth certificate being fake. And you see the signs in Kenya that say 'the birthplace of Barack Obama.' Hello?! C'mon, guys. How stupid are we right now?"

Blasphemy. The NRA and all these advocates of gun ownership have taken this too far. Obama isn't for abolishing the Second Amendment - he's for stricter gun control and banning assault weapons. And I know Tea Party members. The founding fathers made the Second Amendment to prevent tyranny. Do you think they saw bullets that can penetrate armor and kill cops, machine guns that can kill 30 people instantaneously before being reloaded, and other violently obscene weaponry causing this much of a raucous? I find that highly unlikely.

There needs to be more regulation. We're not even safe going out in public places anymore. And LOL at calling America "Nazi Germany". I dare that ******* to go back to the days of totalitarianism and see how he can hack it.

I like Megadeth, and I hate politicians and all, but this is just whacked out, conspiracy theorist stupidity. The government doesn't deliberately orchestrate every damn murder in the country, some people are just, flat out, insane. Like James Holmes. Can't it JUST be that people are crazy anymore?

Also, Mustaine being born again has nothing to do with him being a conspiracy theorist nut. Let's please not even paint us all with that broad brush.
