It sucks, the border is for 'n00bs', the text sucks and that green look is just ugly.

It's a pretty good banner, but at the same time it is very generic. It is not even a tech banner, so I don't understand why use a tech border. Also, tech borders are the worst creation ever, seeing as they don't fit with any style, even most tech banners look terrible with them.

As for the cut, it is pretty well done, it's placed okay, but the banner could use an actionshot or something of the Master Chief. The text is okay, I don't really like the B&E as it is kind of overdone.

Overall I'd have to give it a 6 out of 10.

It's kinda bad. I don't like the border, the text is bad (I dont like bevel & emboss, but it could work if you use it right) nice bg though
