"Mark Henry spoke with Guide Live to promote WrestleMania 32. Here are the highlights.

On WWE’s biggest show taking place in his home state:

It’s a thrill like no other thrill outside of my kids being born. There’s nothing that compares to being on the stage at WrestleMania. I mean, it’s an unbelievable, almost overwhelming feeling. I’ve enjoyed being at double-digit WrestleMania’s in my career, and I’m just excited to be able to go to another one, especially in my home state. I’ve had the luxury and the pleasure of being in WrestleMania in Texas, being in Houston, now it’ll be awesome to come to AT&T Stadium and perform in front of 100,000 people.

His thoughts on another Texas-native, The Undertaker, and his WrestleMania opponent, Shane McMahon:

You know, Shane has never disappointed. He’s always been a guy that was able to rise to the occasion. And when I say rise to the occasion, Shane likes to do the unbelievable. You’ll see him jump off of stuff that you wouldn’t think a human being would jump off of. The Undertaker, we don’t even have to talk about his legacy. He’s carved out a WrestleMania history that nobody can even get close to. I’m just looking forward to seeing what’s next, just like the rest of the fans.

On if this WrestleMania will be their last:

I can’t speak for The Undertaker, but I’m hoping this will be a successful WrestleMania. It may be my last. I’m getting a little long in the tooth. I just want to be able to go out and have a good time if it is my last. I want to make an impression."

I respect Henry but yeah he's not winning the Andre the Giant Battle Royal. Give that to a young guy who may be with the company for the next decade.

The battle royal means nothing anyway. So whoever wins it, its not gonna enhance them. So sure Henry might as well win it if he's going. Barring the Hall of Pain period, hes done nothing of note for the 20 years hes been there.

The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal is a "whatever" thing at this point.

It looked like it was going to be a big deal with Hogan promoting it, and Cesaro getting the first surprise win and getting somewhat of a push out of it...but then they pulled the plug on him for the fifth time and then Big Show just won it on the preshow last year because he's big and all that.

So if Henry wins it this year, yeah, who cares either way?

I always thought Henry would retire at Mania and pass the torch to the next guy. It could have been someone like Big E. Instead he'll just fade away into obscurity.
