How can i make psds i dont have paint shop pro or any thing but can i still make it like on my nor al paint?

I dont think so.Im not sure but I dont think you can.PSDs cant be use on regular paint.

I think that you can save stuff as a psd in PSP. I'm not sure though, don't have PSP.

yes u can but all you have to do is use white and cut away u made loads of banners with it but they are not as good as psp
