Simple question, what is the logic behind this. Kash is a great worker and hernandez is a good in ring performer but neither men have appeared on impact in months ?. Logic anyone ?
maybe to get something rolling on Kash. i like the idea people have been saying of teaming him up with Gunner to mentor and bring in a new tag team. could be the start of a new angle for him and they want to see how it will be taken. its the opening match so really does it matter? just a way to build off either of them or see if anyone will give a shit to build them up.
Some (not all) of you guys complain too much. During the late 80s and early 90s, NWA/WCW PPV cards were usually completed by random matches that had no build-up (some of which weren't even announced until the show itself). Those matches were often great fun!
That said, I have my doubts on this one being "great fun." We'll see.
