From Chapter I, "World Title Feuds"

- ..."Don't worry if there isn't any immediate tension between the two superstars involved in the World Title match at the PPV. The title stipulation should be enough to keep fans interested in their match. In the meantime, it is imperative you have the two superstars confront each other in some capacity during each and every RAW leading up to the event as much as humanly possible. These include - but are not limited to - verbal confrontations, sneak attacks, random tag matches where the two are on opposite sides, random tag matches where the two are on the same side, handicap matches, etc. The idea here is to set the stage for their singles match by completely overshadowing it beforehand.

- ... "Running out of ways to keep the feud going? No worries. The train doesn't stop here. After the first title match runs it's course, what you're going to want to do is come up with a stipulation of sorts the next night on RAW that renders the last month of buildup and climactic resolution utterly meaningless. Really, go nuts. Just as long as you're able to set the stage for the rematch. As a rule of thumb, repeat this step once again after the next PPV to set up match #3.

From Chapter II, "Mid Card Titles"

-... "Leading up to the U.S. title match at the PPV, you should probably have the two superstars square off in a non-title match one week before the event with the stipulation that if the challenger can beat the champion in this match, he will in fact earn the right to face him again at the PPV for the title. It's the only possible method of letting the audience know that the challenger is a legitimate threat to the champion. It absolutely has to be done this way. No exceptions. Most importantly, rematches equal buyrates.

-... "So you have your tag team champs but you have no challengers? No problem. Take ten paper slips and place them into a hat, with one of them a gold sticker star attached. Next, find the ten least paid active members of the roster and have them each draw from the hat. Whoever draws the slip with the gold star, pair him with Mark Henry.
