Do tell how lower midcarders like Kofi and Swagger would make NXT a "legitimate" brand? Their demotion would be laughed at and the show would continue to do exactly as poorly as always. Hell, you could even send Cena to NXT and I'd bet it still wouldn't make much of a difference. If you're not on one of the top 2 brands, you don't matter. Hell, even if you're on SmackDown, which is way higher than NXT, you almost don't matter unless you're one of the top 3-4 guys.
Kofi and Swagger should go to NXT.
Let's face it, they've not changed their characters much at all in the past few years, Swagger got slightly more serious and Kofi changed his accent, still the same characters with the exact same moveset. They're not further up the card, alot of the time they're losing or stuck on Superstars.
It's time to legitimise NXT already, make it a brand, give it some known names who can work and keep it on the internet if you must, while they're at it they can work on promo skills and be involved with storylines, something they don't get to do on Raw or Smackdown. Right now, yeah NXT is a laughing stock to some, but with actual advertising on the main shows they could make it another WWE ECW or something even bigger. The whole point isn't to have main eventers, they don't need a Cena or Orton. Look at Christian, Regal, Shelton Benjamin and Goldust on WWE ECW, who were midcarders for most their careers at that point, they carried guys like Sheamus and Zack Ryder who are now known names. NXT Season 1 came along with a bit of buzz too, people were excited to see the WWE pros (ranging from main event to midcard) on those shows as well as the rookies.Do tell how lower midcarders like Kofi and Swagger would make NXT a "legitimate" brand? Kofi and Swagger have nothing to lose except their jobs, and with all the debuts they're talking about on Raw and Smackdown they need to go somewhere. Also, Titus O'Neil and Darren Young eventually made it to the main roster, it's clear they're taking NXT in a new direction to build new stars and develop forgotten ones (Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins).
Kofi could go on NXT to get a few pops, but I say no to Swagger .

This right here. Striker bills NXT every week where the future of the WWE gets started. Kofi and Swagger are established mid-carders on Raw they are above NXT. I like how they are foriming NXT now, they are going ot be using it like they used their version of ECW (minus the 1 or 2 established guys they would send there b/c they had to worry about ratings) with it being an internet only show in the US now they don't have the ratings to worry about and can use it to evaluate their younger, and not used talent on how they do in a TV show setting.no way they are fine midcarders on raw. they just need to get some more storylines
Kofi is just locked in the Mid Card.Never had a chance to shine.Had a brief one but STUPID STUPID Ruined it.
To be honest Swagger & Kofi are good wrestlers and I don't strongly dislike them or anything. It's more down to the booking in the mid-card as to why they're doing poorly. Plus NXT is entertaining right now and is doing fine for what it is.
No way in hell Kofi or even Swagger should be on NXT. If Ziggler isn't getting a push, I rather see him and Swagger get the tag team titles. And we all know how I feel about Kofi. I'm going on record and saying that by this time next year, Kofi will either be a main eventer or no longer in WWE.

Kingston can go to NXT, but not Swagger. Jack was a former WHC. You don't disgrace that title even more by sending him to NXT. Kofi just flat out bores me to death. Changing the accent, and then coming out to the same music as when you were using the fake "Caribbean" accent. That ruined him, and turning him heel won't do a damn thing. He isn't intimidating at all.
I think they need to take the SD route because Raw does shit wonders for a lot of superstars.
