Well, I'm just starting in the 'Photoshop Business' and have made a few background/tutorials for the first time this morning.

Any tips on Sites, Tutorials or anything would be appreciated.

I kinda like the last one, but there isn't much you can do when using a tutorial.

True. Tuts. give little to no room to expeiriment and tells you what it's going to look like, rather than letting you find out for yourslef. Like LK's sig. THere are no tuts. to that which gives him large room to expeirment. Just use the filters and brushes. It gives a wider array of what you can do.
