Bret Hart: "Sorry to hear about Hakushi's situation. Don't know if anyone knows how to get a hold of him, but I'm available to help him any way I can."

Apparently he's been homeless since the tsunami hit Japan.

I was always impressed with his work, & thought he was exactly the type of foreign heel who could do business fairly high up the card in America based on work-rate. However, his run in WWF & his great matches with Bret were somewhat overshadowed by the politicking of the time.

I was happy to see him when he popped up in ECW, but have only caught a few of his matches from Japan.

Anyone care to share thoughts on this talented worker during tough times?

Naturally, my best wishes go out to him.

Weird, I was wondering if Bret would help due to their history. Odd I know, but still something that came to mind.

He's one of many homeless folks in Japan. The scope of the tragedy is absolutely overwhelming.

He ran a few dates with Dragon Gate last year, inspiring maybe my favorite night in BxB Hulk's career. Hulk copied his look since he was bald and they were teaming. I wonder if he can do a proper tour with them now. He was jacked and fit perfectly with their style. It'd be a way to make some money after all he's lost.

Jinsei/Hakushi is such a distinct character. He carries himself with severity such that he stands out all the time. I remember when he was on the jobber squad at one Survivor Series, and while everyone else ran to the ring he just calmly strode down. I didn't know he and Hart had a history.

I wonder if he's still working the King of Trios tourney in Chikara? Obviously he has far mor concerns on his mind and no one could blame him if he didnt show up. I'm really excited to see him if he does though as i've always liked his style. He had and awesome match with the Great Muta in 96 that i still think is one of his better matches ever.

he was also my fav wrestler in psone's wcw vs world, it wasn't under his name, but u knew who it was.
That should have got a bigger pop!

I know that Shinzaki performed "Old School" (the name for Undertaker's version) as one of his trademark moves but I'd never seen him perform it on barb wire. The subversion here deserved a better reaction.

I was sure I remembered him doing it in the WWF but then surely that would have caused an issue?

I do know that Undertaker performed it on Shinzaki in a Michinoku Pro match in Japan. The finish also has a Wrestlemania 26 style Tombstone.

Hakushi was a phenomenal worker when he came to the WWF + it's always to hear about anyone hitting hard times especially somebody who's put his body through a lot for the sake of my own entertainment.
