Lawler just legit made me turn off a match between my favorite wrestler and a guy who I've always enjoyed watching in the ring. I don't think it will be bearable to watch any CM Punk matches that Lawler is calling if he continues like this. Even if it's part of a storyline, it's not worth it.

From what I have read (last year) McMahon was upset at Lawler because he doesn't watch Smackdown or really prepare for the shows like he did previously. I would imagine it's difficult to have 6 days to prepare for your job, and totally suck at it. Mick Foley wrote in his "Hardcore Diaries" book about what it is like to be a commentator, and its not easy, but it definitely isn't like difficult, back-breaking work
