RVD could still be on the PPV, going for the IC title.

I wouldn't expect this to be the blowoff to feud, however I do feel like they're confusing the audience too much that they will freeze on them all. I'm interested to see this match just to see how it's setup by Heyman/Zeb.

It's a heel VS heel match booked as a face Vs heel match pretty much. None of the tweener nonsense, just like they feel they have to do the angle because it makes so much sense before they can go forward. Just a bit weird.

No way this match ends clean. It'll probably end with a double countout and then they'll have the blowoff match at ER. That match will likely have a stipulation too.

Hoping it does have b/s ending because I'll literally implode if Swagger is buried on Smackdown. They've already booked him as crap for over a year so Cesaro could have this completely crappy Heyman push. The least they could give Zeb and Swagger for getting Cesaro over are some decent promos and a good 15 minute match at a PPV. God, Swagger deserves so much better. I really don't get why they're treating him like this anymore. He and Colter should be rewarded for getting Cesaro's bland ass over, not punished.

I'm sure Zeb has said he's looking to make a new addition to the Real American's, perhaps he gives Swagger a hand in a screwy finish. No way should this match end clean.

Wow you're probably spot on. That sucks, because I was really hoping to see Swagger/Cesaro on ppv. I feel they deserve it.

Nah, they will hold off on RVD/Cesaro feud until after RVD wins the IC title. Cesaro defeating a 7 time IC champ & former WWE champ and becoming IC champ in the process will look really good on his resume.

That actually sounds great, RVD is a bigger name than Zeb and Swagger so I'd actually like to see that. Cesaro should be having great matches with big time guys on PPV.

RVD might not be the best choice then, you never know what you're gonna get with him. "Spotty" doesn't begin to describe RVD these days. Swagger/Cesaro has the build, Swagger/Cesaro should be on the PPV, simple as that.

I really didn't like the chemistry RVD and Cesaro had during their match on Raw though. I was looking forward to a feud with Swagger continuing to Extreme Rules. Even a face turn for Cesaro and a feud with Barrett after he wins the IC title

I can imagine this being the end of the feud, if Cesaro wrestles RVD at Extreme Rules (Cesaro could screw RVD during his match against Barrett) and Big E fights Barrett.

they can also save RVD vs Cesaro for Payback and end Swagger/Cesaro at Extreme Rules too if they want, it will depend if the match taped tonight ends clean or not

RVD vs Cesaro at a PPV would be horrible. Their match was horrendous last night. And like other posters have said Swagger and Cesaro have history and the perfect makings for a good couple of promos between managers and a spectacular match. I have no idea what the WWE are thinking, but it's clearly not thought out very intelligently.
