Hennig being mistaken for "Henning" is by far the biggest misconception, probably because Henning is a much more common name. I often see Barret too which is pretty annoying. I've seen Benoit spelled "Beniot" plenty of times. I've seen a few "Jerico"'s and "Seamus"'s too.

Vince McMan (McMahon) is one that I used to see quite a bit a few years back. Currently Wade Barret (Barrett), Zach (Zack) Ryder and Seamus (Sheamus) are the most common ones I see.

I've seen "Jhon Cena" multiple times. Sometimes I also see "Randy Orten" and "Randy Ortan". Also, "Shawn Micheals" pops up every now and then along with "Stacy Kiebler".

In fact, on their iTunes single for "Next Big Thing", WWE originally misspelled Brock Lesnar's last name as "Lesner". It was corrected, though.
