Just an observation. I've noticed that they have a very similar style in terms of their kicks, but Itami's are just better. His kicks are faster, crisper, and stiffer looking than Bryan's. Now, I'm a huge Bryan fan, but I can't help but offer some objective criticism. One thing I've noticed is that Bryan's kicks sometimes look lazy. You don't see that with Itami.

I guess when guys are working 3-4 nights a week they get tired of being kicked in the head/chest at full force all the time.

Itami is used to kicking as hard as he would in a kickboxing fight. In WWE nobody wants to leave the arena with bruises all over their body so of course Bryan kicks in a more gentle manner. Itami has been working lighter and he'll probably get even lighter if he goes to Raw, except when he has to wrestle Miz of course. Everybody hits Miz as hard as they can.
