Is Vince holding Bryan back for Reigns?

We all know what happened last time. If Vince bring back Bryan the boo boys will be back for reigns. Perhaps Vince wants a "you got no choice. Everyone else sucks" dilemma.

Who's going to know better?

WWE's doctor, who has experience in treating wrestling related injuries, or some random doctor Bryan sought out.

Face it, there is no conspiracy. It's just fanboy nonsense.
The same doctor that "cleared" CM Punk.

What a nice doctor.

CM Punk says a lot of things. Like he should have headlined Mania over The Rock. What he says should be taken with a large pinch of salt.
OMG fpalm NO. He is not MEDICALLY CLEARED. If he was cleared Vince will have him wrestling on TV by next week cause of the low ratings and he needs all the star power he can get.

Enough with the conspiracy theories
No, he's being held back from the entire product.

BTW the doctor who cleared Bryan works for the NFL or some shit.

I thought you said not even Bryan could bring up the ratings? Its not a consipiracy, there are many variables to why he can't wrestle right now, its not as simple as "if he was healthy he would be wrestling right now."
BTW the doctor who cleared Bryan works for the NFL or some shit.
The same NFL that has serious issues with players dying from concussions and head-related injuries.

I know you smarks hate WWE, but no one has died under their watch now for over 8 years. The wellness policy is more legitimate than some like to think.
Honestly yeah that is a possibility they don't want a repeat of last year they are determined that Regins is going to be the next big thing and they don't want the guy they don't want on top to ruin it. It's shitty from a fan perspective but I understand it. One day they will see they can't force fans to get behind someone that of it doesn't happen organically it will fail not that there anything wrong with Regins but he's boring and the way he's being handed everything the fans have no reason to really get behind him or support him.
Daniel Bryan's own doctor cleared him to wrestle. It's WWE's who said no, I don't find that to be a coincidence, given the incredible difficulties WWE's had in trying not to push Bryan.
So you spoke or you heard it directly from this doctor's mouth? Interesting.

I would trust a non WWE employed doctor to actually be HONEST, not one who has the company's agenda. By the way, is this the same WWE doctor who almost killed CM Punk because he didn't know what a staph infection is? I'll bet he wishes he never went to that random quack who saved his life.
Phil Brooks is simply a manipulator. If you don't know how to tell your doctor where it hurts or what you feel is different in your body than what normal it feels like, then you have a problem.

100s of WWE stars have had staph infections and ALL of them have been taken off, treated and put back on. One crying ungrateful wanting to steal the spotlight all for himself is going to be right? Please.

BTW, Brooks has a lawsuit pending from that doctor.

I doubt it's a conspiracy in the sense that they won't let him back as it might take focus off talent that they would prefer to push, but I have no doubt that it's a conspiracy in the sense that he could likely return but they're scared it will effect their other legal issues.

I find it ironic that Bryan would've likely never got the push he got if Punk never left but now Punk leaving is part of what is holding him back from competing at all. It's bizarre how the wrestling world works out sometimes.

On a related topic, if Bryan left now for NJPW would they book him to win the IWGP?

Yes, because they're trying to give Reigns Bryan's spot as IC champion-oh wait....

Of course you can't be having Bryan overshadow Reigns again, smart move.

I also think they would bring him back turn him heel and feud with Roman.
Bryan got injured, not McMahon's nor Reigns' fault for that. I can't blame WWE for being more careful when it comes to Bryan. Also, it wasn't McMahon who wanted Reigns to win the previous Royal Rumble, it was someone else who wanted Reigns to win the previous Royal Rumble. It's not too hard to figure out.

Its actually not the same Doctor. The Doc who cleared Punk was Dr. Zpack the one that is suing punk, the Dr who is not clearing Bryan is Dr. Maroon a neurologist from Pittsburgh wwe uses.

Well there's a difference. There's a reason why those football players were cleared, money. There is no money to be made by clearing a wrestler from a different promotion when said wrestler isn't "ready to return."
And if he wasnt ready, why would that doctor risk his name and the NFL's name for another lawsuit just for a wrassler?
Vince is in full-blown panic mode bringing in all of his known money-makers to help with ratings and you think he's gonna keep Bryan out to push Reigns?

Remember Fast Lane?

Reigns went over Bryan. Bryan isn't being held out for Reigns, he's being held out for his own good, they don't want anyone else dying on their watch.

WWE Doctors haven't cleared him. So unless Vince can tell a Doctor how to do his job.

Assuming just a regular patient, and not making you money, taking whole history and condition, you wouldn't want them back in.

Like Matt Hoffman. Dude hit hard, basically died, and a doctors told him to be careful, but if they let wrestlers do whatever, they will end up like Hoffman. Then again that is how he became a legend. But point is, once you have repeated close calls, you have to stop or risk life in a grave.

At least Matt Hoffman had kids to go home to, Bryan has no other reason to live except wrestling.

Yeah, I bet Bryan is just lying in the media all over and that's why he's faced no repercussions for doing so . Now that we got that cleared up...

What the fuck is this kind of statement? Really? He's married and probably wants to have a family some day. Even if he wasn't married, how the fuck do you know who has something to live for or not? Jesus fucking christ. Talk about ignorant.

Clearly WWE's doctor has seen something, and WWE don't want to take the risk. Again, WWE's doctor knows more about wrestling related injuries.
