Is Vince holding Bryan back for Reigns?

We all know what happened last time. If Vince bring back Bryan the boo boys will be back for reigns. Perhaps Vince wants a "you got no choice. Everyone else sucks" dilemma.

They're still in litigation over a concussion lawsuit. Like they want any evidence of still putting people out there with concussion problems.

Gonna blame them for purposely putting Graves on commentary because he has tattoos like Baron Corbin?
