Honest question here. I usually don't like talking about WWE on here, but let's look back before tonight. TNA was slowly getting better, AJ turned face, the ratings have started to climb slightly. And there was a solid paper per view last night considering the PPV was set at very low expectations from most people. Tonight, the Rock showed up in WWE, which will bring older fans back to watch Raw to see Rock. Some of these fans include TNA fans. Very unfortunate situation for TNA I think.

can be bad and can be good

i actually hope this forces them to work their asses off and give the 100% quality shows they should be doing from the begining

but after the monday night wars fiasco i doubt they will stop with the lazy booking

I think you're looking for a reason to talk about The Rock in the TNA section.
Impact doesn't air on Mondays anymore so it doesn't matter. WWE's rating always increase during WrestleMania build up, this year will be no different.

Implying that TNA fans don't watch WWE religiously anyway.

Before tonight, TNA was failing hard. After tonight, wrestling, as a whole, is more popular. Understand?

TNA is broadcast on a different day to RAW.

The Rock will inevitably spark some interest back into wrestling's dwindling popularity.

If wrestling becomes more popular, then not only is it good for the WWE, it's good for the entire business. TNA included.

The Rock will be gone before you know it. Last year it was Bret Hart, this year The Rock. Only The Rock is still faaaaaaaaar superior to anyone in wrestling today even after 7 years away. The guy walked in and made John Cena feel as import ant and relevant as Santino lol.

The Rock is everything TNA wishes Hogan could be for them.

this has no effect on TNA. it will keep sucking and getting the same 1.1 ratings regardless if the rock is in hollywood or the WWE. they have cancer in their upper managment that needs to be surgically removed.

I'd say a good portion of people who watch TNA also watch WWE so it doesn't really matter.

The Rock just made wrestling relevant again, it's a good thing for both companies.

TNA isn't screwed.

TNA fans will keep watching TNA. Buyrates will be the same and so will attendance and ratings. Nothing will change. This isn't the 90's with both shows being on the same day. People can get excited on Mondays and mark out and order WM while still catching TNA Impact on Spike on Thursdays. Nothing new has changed. Everytime this year WWE goes out big for WM and TNA has been around for close to 9 years...this is NOTHING new.

TNA and WWE are not competing with each other so how does this relate to them in any way? If they were still on Monday, sure TNA should be worried but they aren't. They have their own shit to worry about right now.

tna is screwed lol im so glad some1 started this thread cuz i was gonna make it too. the only way this can better them is if they step there game up and start putting on qulaity matches with homegrown and youner talent. christopher daniels should be a part of fortune rather than kaz. have kaz be judas and daniels take his place. hes way more charasmatic.
