I read on reddit this is Excalibur with the glasses and Evil Uno as Flip D Burger but when he was younger. If both true a couple observations.
1) Excalibur looks pretty good he doesn't need a mask. Why the hell does he wear it as he's an attractive fella.
2) Uno looks like a nerdy out of shape goofy fan who would never cut it with his look so it's no wonder he's hiding his face, even though his mask sucks.
