Maybe he is, maybe he isn't. Maybe he doesn't like the spiked look anymore. Maybe he's going bald and trying to grow out as much as he can before that time comes.

Or maybe he just didn't have enough time to get a haircut.

I'm pretty sure the reason he has it short and he does that thing at the front is because his hair is thinning, so it would look like shit if it was grown out.

Even if he does gorw out his hair again, I don't think he will be around long enough for us to see him with long hair. And quit honest I don't care. He looks better with short hair.
