Was having this argument with someone at work today saying he wasn't, I truly believe he is. He had it ALL!

In ring: 9/10
Look: 8/10
Entrance: 10/10
Mic skills: 10/10
Charisma: 10/10

Amazing versatility with being a heel or face. He played each role to perfection. I do believe he's a top 15 superstar of all time, currently the 12th greatest IMO. Dude was a definition of a all round talent.

Unsurprisingly my favourite of all time, perhaps not the greatest of all time, but yeah I'd say he would at least sneak into that top 15.

Hogan, Flair, Savage, Austin, Andre, Rock, Angle, Michaels, Undertaker, HHH, Hart, Sting, I'm sure I missed a couple but he'd be in the mix with/after these guys depending on what you grade greatness on.

You could sure make a case for him. He is one of the very few people who had all the attributes to charisma, mic skills, ring skills, ring psychology, look and everything in between(including making a good ass entrance). Its not everyday were you run into a wrestler, that literally had it all.

I will definitely put Jericho in the top 15 within the past 20 years, but of all time? Damn I'm that knowledgeable of wrestling.

Talent wise. of course. Great in the ring, great mic worker, charismatic, good look, Awesome match catalogue and memorable feuds.

If were just talking about WWE anyway.

I'd say he is.
But he was sadly used as a transional main eventer when the real ME guys would be injured, so he was never the face of the company I'd say or the reason people came to see a show.

Jericho was still an awesome in ring talent, that absolutely blow Benoit in charisma and mic skills, and even Eddie. Jericho is one of the GOAT on the mic.

Guerrero wasn't much of a draw, and Benoit definitely wasn't a draw.

Pretty certain there are 15 WWE guys ahead of him and if you open it up to more than WWE then there's no way he's top 15. If you're talking personal top 15's then fire away but objective top 15's, even just top WWE 15's? Probably not.
