The Official Theme of Monday Night Genocide
Bad Blood - Escape the Fate

Opening Match
Young Lions Championship Match
Ken Doane vs. Nick Nemmeth vs. Windham Rotunda vs. Joe Hennig (c)
Winner: Joe Hennig
Overview: - Old team mates Nemmeth & Doane combined together through most of the match; but imploded as the match progressed further.
- Rotunda and Hennig would later find a mutual agreement, and take out the former tag team champions; and battle it out 1 on 1 until Hennig found himself the victor.
- Rotunda and Hennig shook hangs after the match and left together, while Nemmeth and Doane stayed in the ring to argue out some differences.
***

Match 2
1 on 1 Grudge Match
CM Brooks vs. Antonio Banks
Winner: No Contest
Overview: - The brawl between Brooks and Banks erupted almost immediately, with the referee being unable to break up the two.
- After both men had been counted out, the brawl continued onto the stage and then backstage.
- Security later broke the fight up.
*** 1/2

Match 3
Tag Team Battle Royal
Last Team Standing becomes #1 Contenders
Bad Company (York & Moore) vs. Super Powers vs. Natural Born Killers vs. The Samoans
Winner(s): Natural Born Killers
Overview: - Burke & Anderson's newly formed alliance combined well to decimate the seasoned teams of 'The Super Powers' and 'Bad Company', leaving NBK & The Samoans alone.
- The Samoan Brother's used their resemblance to switch in and out of the match without tagging; and through doing so were able to eliminated Burke from the match.
- Anderson however made an intense comeback, eliminating Jonathan, then with some help from Burke on the outside, eliminated Joshua with the Green Bay Plunge.
- After the match, NBK's hands were raised by Nicole, then the three left the arena together smiling.
****

Match 4
Magnum Championship Match
15 man Battle Royal
Sean O'Haire (c) vs. James Gibson vs. Billy Kidman vs. Vampiro vs. Maven Huffman vs. Drew Galloway vs. Brett DiBiase vs. Alex Riley vs. Teddy Hart vs. Wade Barrett vs. Gomorrah vs. Ultimo Dragon vs. Rodney Mack vs. Monty Brown vs. Cody Runnels
Winner: Drew Galloway
Overview: - Sean O'Haire's attempts to retain his title were foiled by Gomorrah; who pinned him second last, before Galloway capitalized on the distraction and scored the pinfall off a school boy roll up.
- The most eliminations goes to Sean O'Haire; who eliminated 6 people. Gomorrah followed closely with 4 eliminations, and Kidman with 3.
- After the match, Galloway narrowly escaped a beat down from Gomorrah; and left with the magnum title raised above his head.
*** 1/2

Match 5
6 Man Tag Grudge Match
Daniel Puder & The Minnesota Stretching Crew (c) vs. Allen Jones & Sinn
Winner(s): Allen Jones & Sinn
Overview: - Puder & MSC worked together well early in the match to weaken Bane; but a quick change of momentum turned the game in Leviathan's favor.
- Leviathan decimated Benjamin, only to allow him to tag in Lesnar.
- The two men clashed in the center of the ring; and fought for many minutes, until all men were in the ring brawling.
- Jones capitalized by tagging himself in as Leviathan power bombed Lesnar to gain the pinfall win.
- After the Match, Sinn questioned Jones why he stole the victory, but he simply shrugged and left the arena smiling.
****

Main Event
Non Title Match
Jacob Hager vs. "The Edge" Adam Copeland vs. "The Power" Nick Dinsmore (c)
Winner: Jacob Hager
Overview: - The Rivalry between Dinsmore and Copeland really exploded in this match, with the two men paying little attention to the #1 Contender.
- Hager sat most of the match outside; only stepping into the ring occasionally to break up pinfalls &/or submissions.
- Hager would use the Worlds Championship to knock out both Copeland & Dinsmore after the referee was distracted by SkyLove outside the ring.
- Hager scored the pinfall on Dinsmore before leaving with the World Title and SkyLove.
- Genocide closed with Hager standing on the stage with the Worlds Title raised above his head; and Dinsmore looking up from the ring towards his number one contender.
**** 1/2

The roster looks good here. Edge in the indies? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE WORLD?! Anyways, I like the schedule you gave as well as the format of Genocide, Day Off or Rest Day, it is detailed and awesome. Good luck with this BTB, you got a reader.

Im guessing this is the "smart BTB"? Well... If CM is going by "Brooks", and Edge is going by Copeland - Bob "Spark Plugg" Holly and Leviathan are getting you a "cease and desist" letter for sure. Maybe we can see the return of Holly's first gimmick "Hollywood Bob Howard". OH - Your company went bankrupt just trying to afford their staff - let alone the rest of the roster LOL.

"6 Man Tag Grudge Match Daniel Puder & The Minnesota Stretching Crew (c) vs. Allen Jones & Sinn"...I was reading the summary and Travis Bane and Leviathan are mentioned as being in the match??? I'm lost at that point? Who was really in this match?

LOL - all bitching and complaining aside, good show. Your format is clean, simple - an in my opinion WORKS. I'm automatically a fan of any indie BTB - I guess I'm biased like that. Im hoping your YLC division lights up the undercard. Keep it up!

hahahaha I understand where you're coming from...

I like Wrestlers to use their real names when fighting, but if all else fails use old gimmicks which catch my fancy. CM Brooks is something I cooked up a while back doing a BTB and i liked the concept; Phil Brooks just sounds too generic.

As for the 6man Tag match; allow me to explain.

Sinn is a shortened version of the old OVW tag team "The Disciples of Synn" (Bane & Leviathan); I just changed the name to make it easier to type.
If you check the Alliance's part of my first post you will see this ;)

I know Copeland would never be in an indie fed, but I love him as a wrestler and I used him when I used to BTB as ICPWL so I just chucked him in again :)

and Holly is not a wrestler, he manages Magnus & Jones (also noted in the Alliances part)
I guess I gotta re-work it to be a little more understandable..

Douba Douba thanks for the post man its great to see people appreciate this :) I loved BTB'ing and have been doing so for yonks; and it's great to see you enjoyed it man.

Note:
I love criticism :D keep it coming; suggestions are always welcomed boys :)

Gomorrah
'Making an impact in the Magnum Title Match; Gomorrah made his return to ICPWL with a spectacular effort. Unfortunately for Gomorrah he left Genocide second best to Galloway; but can the terrifying giant fight his way back to regain the Magnum title?'

14
Windham Rotunda
'Rotunda's rampage in the Young Lions division continued this monday at Genocide; only narrowly losing to Hennig in the championship match. Rotunda will have a shot at the #1 contendership of the Young Lions Title this friday at Underground; can this talented young individual fight his way into the record books?'

13
The Samoans
'Jonathan & Joshua Fatu made an impact in their first #1 contendership match; only just losing to the Natural Born Killers in the dying moments of the match. The Fatu brothers will have their chance at revenge this friday at Underground; however there is no doubt from our end that one day these two will be at the same calibre as their uncles 'The Wild Samoans.' Whether that day is sooner or later; it will one day be here.'

12
Billy Kidman
'The former Ironman Champion fell even further down the Top 15 this week; despite a good effort in the 15 man battle royal for the Magnum Title on Genocide. Kidman's injured knee seemed to be giving him problems in the battle royal, and may cost him his chance at the Never Give Up Hardcore Tournament.'

11
Sean O'Haire
'O'Haire's record of longest title reign in ICPWL history came to an abrupt end this monday on Genocide. This coming monday O'Haire will have to face long term rival James Gibson in a cage match; can O'Haire stand his ground and head into Never Give up with momentum enough to win the Hardcore Tournament? We'll see.'

10
Joe Hennig
'Is there a single ICPWL fan that dislikes Joe Hennig? The most dominating star in the Young Lions Division at the moment continued this monday night on Genocide with a convincing win over Doane, Nemeth and Rotunda. This Friday on Underground Hennig has to face the returning Cloudy; the very first Young Lions Champion. Can Hennig hold his momentum against Cloudy? Or will the young star fall to the unpredictable Cloudy?'

9
The Natural Born Killers
'Let's face it; Burke and Anderson have been dominating in singles competition in ICPWL; however now the two have combined, they're stronger than ever. The two dominated in the #1 Contenders match for the Tag Titles, and next week on Genocide get their shot at the titles against TMCS. Can the two young stars get their first taste at Tag Team Glory?'

8
The Minnesota Stretching Crew
'Benjamin and Lesnar dropped from fifth due to the decimating loss over Sinn and Allen Jones. The Tag Champs found out their opponents for the tag titles next week on Genocide to be the Natural Born Killers. Can the champs regain their mojo and fight to retain? We'll have to see.'

7
Sinn
'Leviathan and Bane dominated in the 6 man tag match against rivals The Minnesota Stretching Crew. The former tag team champions proved they still had plenty of fuel left in the tank, with the decimation of Benjamin. Is there a future reign as Tag Team Champs in the stars again for these two scary stars? We think so.'

6
Allen Jones
'The Phenomenal One jumps up four places after a sneaky win over the Tag Champs and long term rival Puder on Genocide. Jones will have to take on Puder at Never Give Up in the Hardcore Tournament for a shot at his first title reign in ICPWL; but has Jones pushed Puder too far? Will he be able to beat Puder in a no holds barred match?'

5
Drew Galloway
'Galloway rocketed up the Top 15 after his first championship win in ICPWL. Galloway rewrote the history books; becoming the first Young Lion's competitor to win a ICPWL title. Galloway's opponent for Never Give Up will be announced next monday at Genocide; but on our side we think it's obvious after Monday night who the likely opponent is.'

4
Daniel Puder
'Indy Circuit's first Ironman champion found it easy to combine with the Tag Champs this week on Genocide; but he couldn't pick up the win in the end. Can Puder overcome his feud with Jones at Never Give Up so gain a shot at the Ironman's title and regain his glory on top of the ICPWL mountain.'

3
Adam Copeland
'Copeland's loss to Hager this week didn't do him well; however Copeland's impressive brawl with Dinsmore in the main event keeps him in the top 3. At Never Give Up Copeland will be in the Hardcore Tournament; can he win his second consecutive tournament and recapture the Ironman Championship? Only time will tell.'

2
Nick Dinsmore
'Dinsmore's loss to Hager this week sets him back one place in the Top 15. The Ironman Champion was in top form on Genocide; but couldn't beat Hager after a cheap shot from his own title. Can Dinsmore beat Hager? Or will this be the end of this dominant stars world title reign?'

1
Jacob Hager
'The dominance of Hager earned him the Sky's the Limit Tournament at Black at White; and this monday on Genocide also won him his 15th win in a row. Hager will face Dinsmore for the Ironman Championship at Never Give Up; but one question still lingers, is Hager up to the standard of a World Champion?'

------------

Notable Mention To:

CM Brooks & Antonio Banks
'Their brawl on Genocide really kept us on the edge of our seats; can't wait to see these two clash at Never Give Up.'

Cloudy
'It's been 7 months since we saw this little rascal; and I know we haven't seen him yet, but I am busting at the seams to see him this friday!'

Cody Runnels
'Runnels is yet to make a stand out impact in ICPWL; but we think this young star is on the verge of shocking us into submission; soon Cody, soon.'

- Cloudy would escape the ring with the Young Lions Title in hand; flashing it to Hennig who would then chase him out of the arena.
*** 1/2

Match 2

CM Brooks vs. Rodney Mack w/ Antonio Banks
Winner: Rodney Mack
Overview: - CM Brooks couldn't catch a break with Mack; Banks interfered on every possible occasion, turning the 1 on 1 into a handicap match.

- Mack & Banks left Brooks lying in the center of the ring motionless; laughing as they exited the arena together.
***

Match 3
Eight Man Tag Team Brawl
Bad Company & Teddy Hart vs. Sinn & The Super Powers w/ Bob Holly
Winner(s): Sinn & The Super Powers
Overview: - Highflyers vs. Power Houses, The Super Powers/Sinn combination could be considered a dream team in the eyes of many fans; and they combined well in this match, grounding Jack Evans early, then slowly working his right knee to the point where he tapped almost immediately to a STF by Magnus.
- Bad Company & Hart attempted to rush their opponents after the match, but were decimated even further.
- After the match Bob Holly had to drag Magnus & Jones away from Leviathan and Bane to stop a potential fight erupting, with both teams declaring themselves the top dogs.
*** 1/2

Match 4
Cage Grudge Match
Sean O'Haire w/ Maven Huffman vs. James Gibson w/ Perry Satullo

Overview: - In one of the most gruesome and competitive matches we have seen in ICPWL; long term rivals O'Haire and Gibson fought tooth and nail; earning the respect undoubtably of thousands of fans. - After the match Leviathan and Bane continued the beat down on TMSC until they were run out of the ring by the new tag team champions.
- Lesnar rose to his feet and delivered a Hurricane to Anderson; causing Burke to run from the ring, looking back and forward at Sinn and a furious Lesnar.

- After the match Jones attempted to attack Hager, but he managed to slither out of the ring and up the ramp with SkyLove following closely behind, yelling at the defeated Copeland and his company in the ring.

- Puder and Dinsmore wore each other out; with Puder attempting on several occasions to win via submission.
- Dinsmore almost had the match won after flooring Puder with a hard powerbomb from the second turnbuckle.
- The World Champ would suffer at the hands of a botched suplex to find himself in the center of the ring locked in Puder's infamous ankle lock.
- The Power could do nothing but tap out to the former champion, and suffer his second loss in a row.
- Puder would celebrate his win by being attacked by Allen Jones once more and beaten within an inch of his life; Huffman and Dinsmore broke up the attack, before parting ways calmly.

Josh Harter & Nuufolau Joel Seanoa
'Their tour in Japan is almost over and I can't wait to welcome them back in ICPWL!'

Hmm. This looks a very different format than anything I've seen before, haha. The match style seems fine for weekly shows though they feel sort of empty to me without promos. If you could add those to advance the feuds, that would really help round out the shows. I'll be keeping an eye on this BtB, good luck. =)
