In my opinion I find it unlikely that Randy Orton, CM Punk and John Cena will still be a Full time part of WWE.

I would imagine that if they carry on the way they are doing now there could be plenty of guys competing for that top spot.

The Miz, Sheamus, Daniel Bryan should be in the very prime.

I see the likes of Rhodes, Ziggler, McIntyre, Sandow, Ambrose, Rollins and McGuillicutty to be in very good positions.

Sheamus is only a year younger than Cena, so I'd wager that if he'd be in the same boat as Cena.

Honestly, it's hard to tell.

Barring the introduction of new mega-face or mega-heel I'd say Barrett, Rhodes, Sandow, Ryback, Kingston, Ziggler, the Miz(as a face), Bryan and McIntyre(Particularly if Sheamus and Barrett become major players). Oddly enough a face Miz may very well be the face of the company in the future, weird.

I don't know that you can really compare Cena and Sheamus in age because they have much different ring ages. Cena has been working about 100 hours a week for the past 5 years and so he has a lot more milage on his tires. Being the face of the WWE probably ages you like a presidency.

Wade Barret will be like a HHH style heel. The smart guy who always has a backup plan or a posse waiting in ambush.
Sheamus will be in the John Cena/Hogan role, although with less spectacular results.
Daniel Bryan will be in Macho Man's place, always dependable, though less broken down
CM Punk will be gone
Darren Young will be very over, but will not get a fair shot since we know how Vince feels about black wrestlers.
Ziggler will be a staple of the mid card/upper mid card
Ambrose will either be the biggest anti-hero since Austin or will completely flame out and head to TNA. Either way, he will have a hardcore fan base, he has a 50-50 chance of being a mega star or a martyr (and not in the Sandow sense)
Damien Sandow will be at the top. I don't see anything really stopping him.
Cody Rhodes will be in TNA

Cena, Sheamus, Orton, RyBack, Miz, Bryan, Ziggler, Sandow, Ambrose, Rhodes, and after that, a bunch of random people nobody knows yet. That's about it. Barrett won't be a top guy like he should be because Vince hates English people, Punk is going to retire by the sounds of him saying "I won't be another Triple H or Undertaker", "if I said when I'm retiring it'd depress the hell out of everyone", etc. So that sucks, he'll be gone. Del Rio will be gone, he's retiring shortly before this period. Riley should be a top guy like Barrett, he has everything, but John Cena hates him so he'll be released by then. Kofi won't make it, cause again, the race thing. He'll get a tribute WHC reign at the end of his career, though. There's always a chance they re-push Mcintyre, but I don't really know with him, he's fallen so fucking far...mercifully. Sin Cara's not gonna cut it, he's just been.....SO disappointing.

I can't see anybody else that I didn't put down originally, other than just people that haven't come up yet. I don't think anybody from NXT is really gonna make an impact, Rollins is Morrison 2.0, Hero's not gonna be major. If he gets himself into shape then he might get a world title reign, but I don't see him lasting at the top. Bray Wyatt's great, but the gimmick just won't work as a top tier act. Richie Steamboat is probably gonna end up like Ted Jr, there's just too much to live up to that he can't live up to, he doesn't have it. Everybody else there is just kind of a random jobber that won't do anything.

So yeah, those are the guys.

Cody Rhodes will be a World Champion, but I don't see him ever becoming "The Guy".
