FX Middle East has some good news and bad news for wrestling fans of the region. They have announced that today's episode of TNA Xplosion will be the final episode shown on the network.

The good news is that FX will now show Impact Wrestling in its place. Place this with their move to air FX for free via ARABSAT BADR5 and NileSAT 102 this now places Impact Wrestling in over 20+ middle eastern countries for FREE. This makes the middle east the second world region to get Impact Wrestling on free to air television.

FX Middle east has not officially announced a timeslot for impact wrestling but it is believed to be on the same spot Xplosion once had on the network.

I don't think people realize this enough but this would be TNA's 139th country (including all parts of the middle east FX broadcasts) and their 20th country to air Impact on Free TV.

139 nations in 10 years is seriously freaking impressive. Dont think enough people realise that.

so right !
Nice job scoring that. 139 nations.. That's an incredible feat.
Very good news. I wonder how long it will take for somebody to change it to "how the ratings blah blah blah..." No seriously, how can anybody say TNA is doing bad or that they are in trouble when they continue to grow and expand. To me TNA seems to be doing very well, I'm sure that a peek a the companies books would shock some people, not saying they are incredible but I bet they are doing better than most think. Think about this, Ring Ka King was a TNA partnership with some Indian company, continued aggressive global expansion, emergence into new markets, not to mention that the product has gotten better (which is great for me, and I credit Bischoff, Hogan, Prichard, Lagana) and although the improved product hasn't increased ratings YET it's hard to believe that the buy rates of the PPV's haven't increased from a loyal core following that's enjoying the refreshed product.
Damn that is impressive. Being picked up in the Middle East is a huge plus and 139 nations in 10 years...damn.
Very, very impressive. Well done TNA, hope the expansion continues.
The world's largest country ( 9th in population) still have no WWE, TNA or any wrestling aired on any available TV channel.
Tho in times of WCW it was aired on public TV channel (which means that this TV channel is free to watch and available by default) and had highest ratings of all TV programs on that channel.
[Claire Lynch's voice]Do the right thing for this country, TNA![Claire Lynch's voice]

its hard to belive that just 2 years ago they got an oppurtunity to take the big dog on head to head with widely known names and practically a whole world full of new wrestlers and ideals that counteract everything the competition and their blind fans belive in AND THEY STILL F'ED IT UP!!

two years later, tna are still no closer to getting that chance back, they don't have any real drive or agression, there's still no buzz and everyday tna are p****ing away every opportnunity to make one

and yet only 4 or 5 really matter in the grand scheme of things, sad but true

hello mr troller , i just wanted to remind you that every little station matters in the grand scheme of things ... it's called syndication meaning that you sell a product that you already made profit from and the money you make from syndication is pure profit , it's the reason Anger Management was just renewed for 90 fucking episodes by FX (us) .. so yeah keep trolling.
The Middle East actually get quite a lot of wrestling, since I've been here the past two and a half years I've noticed they air in free TV without PPV or without paying money WWE PPV's and TNA shows/PPV's. I saw Summesrlam free of charge on normal tv.

You have no idea how TV words.

TNA get paid a substancial fee for every channel they are on, they are called syndication rights and its how TV shows make their money.
Its just unfortunate that the main country doesn't care enough about it
Yeah, and of course the Middle East is famed for being a region that has no cash at all. It means absolutely nothing to have a big presence in poverty-stricken backwaters like Saudi, Bahrein, Dubai etc.

/sarcasm.

Not to mention the increased exposure for the product and the new markets being entered.

Some people are just blind and love to have hatred for something... probably just not happy with life.
hope u get bombed by Syrians
