Great video package

It's nice seeing two legit athletic heavyweights going at it for the title. This was an amazing video package that Impact produced showing the events that happned atslammiversary and what's to be expected on the next Impact.

Good stuff and I highly suggest people watch this vid. I feel like some of Impacts video packages and production values can be underrated at times.

'home grown guys' is vastly overrated. What IMPACT needs are guys who stay there for a long time and can help the company.

Does it really matter where they wrestled before?

Kurt Angle and Sting were two of the most consistent, most important wrestlers in TNA/Impact history for example.

The reason for me was that you felt Elgin really could win the strap any time. Even though he lost he is still a big threat. Unpredictability is the best thing in wrestling.

Feuds in which you know who goes over kills the excitment. For example you know Rollins will beat Corbin, yet they drag it out over several ppvs. Hence why no ome cares about their feud.

Cage and Elgin are two of the best 'HEAVYWEIGHTS' in Wrestling. Bobby Lashley in IMPACT is too. Impact get's lots of stick, for most things - but boy do they really legitimise the big guys better than any other wrestling company. Lashley was one of the best World Champs in recent memory in any company, think Elgin would be similar (people think he's boring, really? - one of my personal faves tbh). Cage...I love the guy, but I do think they put the strap on him way too quick and personally think both Sami and Moose deserved it before him.

I gotta admit, it was refreshing to see a nice, knockdown, drag out, bruiser style heavyweight match.

They did some flippy stuff, which is impressive given their body types, but once in a while, I just want a slugfest, you know? And these guys can deliver that.

IMPACT has been killing it lately. I've never seen any of Elgin's work before he came to IMPACT and I'm impressed with him!
