Do you think they would get bigger pops? Better crowd interactions/reactions? Draw more heat?

After watching iMPACT! I watched SD! and iMPACT!'s crowd was SO much better and they had about 10k less people. And this past Raw's crowd, terrible.

I seriously doubt Smackdown drew 13k. I have heard they have drawn in the 5-6 range with a low of 2900 six weeks or so back.
