Like would they do some sort of a television special similar to that of Guerrero's or Benoit's? Would they say a quick minute long promo about it? Or would they just let it be ignored and have the fans chant his name all night?

Yes, but act as if he was merely a big star, quick video package, not much more. Seeing as Vince put him NUMBER 23 on that silly list.

Yes. They still reference him now, so if he died they'd definently have a send off. He was like the most popular guy in the world at one time, before his stupid TV shows and stuff, and WWE made that so. If The Rock went to Japan, he wouldnt get noticed by non WWF fans, but if Hogan went pretty much anywhere that has had a TV set in the 80s, he'd be recognized. WWE made that so, so I imagine they'd definently say fair well to their biggest success.

the wrestling world would come to a halt. think of him what you will(i personally cant stand him anymore) but you cant take away the fact that if it wasnt for him, we wouldnt be on this forum..there wouldnt even be a forum. if it werent for him, wrestling would have never of made it as big as it has become. yes, wwe would acknowledge it, in fact they'd probably do a raw is hogan.

It wouldn't just be the lead story on Entertainment Tonight, it would make national news. Hogan is a mainstream cultural icon like no one else, including the Rock. Of course WWE would make a big deal about it.

if chris benoit got a raw, then hogan will get about a month's worth of raw's and smackdown's.

They would probably do a tribute show for him as they should. The guy is one of the most well known names from the industry. Probably the most well known. I'm sure they will show him the right amount of respect.
