We know there is a huge possibility of Punk and Brock battling in a rematch, with Punk going over. We also know that there are rumors of Punk winning the Rumble and winning the WWE Title at Wrestlemania next year. And we know there are rumors on top of those that Brock might win the WWE Title (or possibly the WHC, who knows) at some point. This idea is me combining all of those possibilities into one.

Firstly, Daniel Bryan wins the WWE Title at Hell In A Cell in two weeks and Triple H realizes he needs someone else to get the job done against Daniel Bryan since Orton failed and so he puts other challengers in Bryan's way for Survivor Series and TLC, but Bryan still comes out on top as champion. And then as we build towards the Royal Rumble, Triple H says he's finally found the person he thinks would be the perfect choice for being the next WWE Champion and the new face of the company - Brock Lesnar.

Here, some might say, "Shouldn't Triple H still have issues with Brock Lesnar and even Paul Heyman? After all, from what we saw at Night Of Champions, he still had some slight issues with Curtis Axel, so just imagine how he still feels about Lesnar." Well, the rationale is that you are always supposed to put what's "best for business" ahead of everything else, and sometimes that requires putting your ego and personal issues with someone (past or present) aside because it's right for business. Triple H did the same with Randy Orton and Vince himself told Vickie Guerrero (during her evaluation on Raw a few months ago) that despite what Lesnar did to him, he thought, for business reasons, that re-signing Lesnar was a "stroke of genius." So Triple H putting aside his issues with Lesnar and realizing (and knowing from first hand experience) what a beast Brock is and how valuable he would be as the premier superstar of WWE is the perfect move for business in his eyes. He can even bring up Brock's comments back from 2012 when Lesnar first returned and how Brock said the company needed someone like him as the face of it.

Anyway, the result of this is Daniel Bryan/Brock Lesnar for the WWE Title at the Royal Rumble, which results in Lesnar winning the belt. Whether it's clean (probably isn't) or not is irrelevant, what matters is that Punk (who would have began feuding with the HHH regime by this point) wins the Rumble match on the same night, and from there, we start building towards Bryan/HHH as well as Punk/Lesnar for the WWE Title at Wrestlemania (Cena/Undertaker can main event over both matches.) It's a cool thing because Heyman has said on-screen a couple of times that he always wanted to be there when Punk main evented Wrestlemania and won the WWE Championship. The thing is, he WILL be there, but in the opposite corner, and he's gonna blow a gasket and be in so much mental torment when Punk not only defeats Lesnar but wins the belt in the process.

The card probably won't end up like this as Rock might return after all to wrestle Lesnar, but this is a idea on how everything could work out and a cool way to book a Punk/Lesnar rematch and raise the stakes as compared to their previous match.

Sounds a bit too much like burying Bryan in favour of Brock vs Punk, which I don't think is necessary as it wouldn't need the title on the line to be a success.

I'm all for Punk vs Lesnar 2 at Mania with or without the title on the line, but they shouldn't burry Bryan in the process. If Bryan is going to face Triple H at Mania he needs to be booked strongly going in to the match. Of course a screwy finish in favour of Lesnar is a way to avoid that but we had a part time WWE champ on the road to Wrestlemania last year & it pretty much sucked.

I love the idea. Have Lesnar beat Bryan for the title at the Rumble, but not clean. Have Bryan then beat HHH at Mania and then Punk in the main event beats Lesnar for the title. Then for Summerslam you could have Bryan beat Punk for the title, OR you could prolong that match for Mania 31 and maybe have Bryan beat Lesnar at that Summerslam, while Punk maybe trades the title with someone a couple of times before coming out victorious and then losing to Bryan at Mania (Bryan would win the Rumble).

It could work out very well in the end for Bryan and Punk.

Punk/Lesnar doesn't need a rematch. As big of a punk guy that I am, Lesnar doesn't need to give back every single win he gets and constantly only be one win ahead of his loss record. Let the beast be dominant.

I wouldn't mind him having the WHC though and instead of a unification match at WM just have him face Taker and when Taker wins just have Taker drag the belt down to hell with him or whatever or like have some lightning effect strike it and it just vanishes. I would pay good money to see Taker bury the fucck out of that worthless belt.

And then you have Bryan working with potentially Shawn or HHH at mania and finally a solid Punk/Cena match for the WWE Title.

don't get me wrong I still want Cena/Taker over everything even if the rest of the card suffers a little from it. But I just don't see Vince letting that happen. Especially with one "clean" loss already on Cena's character for wrestling year.

This isn't a burial, he'd get consecutive wins, especially when the odds were against him. Anyway, a match with Lesnar could probably elevate Bryan, particularly if Lesnar can only win dirty.

I'm against the idea. I think they should have a completely original Wrestlemania this time around. No more rematches...

No thanks, first match was great, let Punk get his revenge on Heyman in the next PPV or later this year and put this to rest.
