I'm really looking forward to his return. He has always been one of my favorites. And they had him planned to win MITB at Wrestlemania so I'm hoping for a big push. The guy needs credibility and a world title around his waist asap..

Simple. He's something new. He's been gone long enough to be missed. It's not his promo, it's not his character, it's the fact that he is something different that Smackdown doesn't have right now. Similar to a newly debuting superstar, you are hoping Wade Barrett changes the monotony of Smackdown and freshens it up.

No actually that isn't the reason because I wasn't sure if he was going to Smackdown or RAW seeing as he was on RAW when he got injured and I couldn't remember what brand he is on usually. I have seen returning wrestler's promo's and I haven't been as interested in theirs as I have with Wade's.
So for me it has nothing to do with how Smackdown has been boring, it has to do with Wade himself.

i'm pretty excited about his return, there isn't really a heel like him at the moment and like people have said - he's something refreshing, gives Sheamus someone to fight other than ADR (thats if Ziggles doesn't cash in.

What a compelling and descriptive argument for why you are not a fan of his, bravo sir, bravo.

Barrett is the best natural heel in the company, his promo's, his facials, his working style, all scream heel. If WWE have any sense he'll be receiving an immediate main event push upon return and will be the next World Heavyweight Champion.

Decent worker, does a solid job on the mic. I think what really sells me on him is the way he looks. When I look at Cena, the way he's so tone just looks fake. Wade looks like a guy that could legitimately fuck you up.

Probably because the promos were awesome and bad ass (especially the first one). Also, a lot of people on here speak highly of him, so it fuels the fire to a degree. I like Wade Barrett myself because he's CLOSE to the complete package...CLOSE is the key word..
