You only have a few PPV's a year. This should have been built way in advance like how the WWE did when they had the big 4.

Instead the PPV is only a few weeks away and the card isn't close to being finalized.

Final Resolution 2011 I recall the main event being announced as the previous Impact episode (go-home show) was actually going off air.

The difference from now to back when WWF did the 4 ppvs is part of the build was just seeing a name guy go against a name guy. But with a weekly wrestling show with actual matches and not squash matches it takes away from that. I agree TNA could have done a bit better but I would rather matches be announced a couple weeks before as opposed to a couple months Over build annoys me.

Hey...sorry to break it to you but TNA doesn't care about Slammiversary. That is why they are having the event in some sound stage. Don't expect shit from this company with no motivation to sell tickets or PPVs.

Maybe it's a rematch.

Cause I think it was Meltzer that said that Angle vs EC3 was already booked for Slammiversary. That is why the whole thing with Aries and Spud was funny to me cause the end game was already decided.

Logically, it seems like they would want Slammy to be a big thing?
