Looks like they are playing up his bare-knuckle fighter past, so it'll be interesting to see how different his character changes.

My only question is, who will he go after, and if it is going to be for the WHC or WWE championship. I couldn't imagine throwing him in the midst of CM Punk, Rock, Cena, but the epic promos between the 4 of them would be awesome.

Hopefully, I hope, that he goes after Sheamus and finally takes the title off of him.

Start by having him beat the fuck out of the Big Show, kayfabe injuring him. I know they're both heels, but Barrett owes Show some payback for actually injuring him back in February. Then let Show sit at home for like three months or something, because he deserves some kind of punishment for that botch.

Afterwards, have him finish off his feud with Orton, going over him at Hell in a Cell or something. Then he challenge Sheamus at Survivor Series for the World title, and of course, he wins that and becomes the new World Heavyweight champion. That's how I'd do it anyways, not sure if it's realistic lol.

What I want to happen:

Orton vs. Sheamus at NOC. Barrett hits the ring and costs Orton the title allowing Sheamus to retain. As Barrett is still bitter over how Orton embarrassed him late 2011/early 2012.

Hell in a Cell PPV. Barrett vs. Orton in a singles match, Barrett wins. Sheamus retains again.

The Survivor Series. Orton defeats Barrett this time in a no DQ match. Sheamus retains, again.

TLC 2012. Barrett defeats Orton in a brutal chairs match and 'injures' him. Thus Orton is sidelined for a while. Sheamus retains.

SD. Randy Orton makes his return and vows to take the title from Barrett.

Royal Rumble. Wade Barrett defeats Sheamus to become the new World Champion.

Elimination Chamber. Randy Orton wins his chamber match to earn the right to challenge whoever the RR winner doesn't face.

RAW. The RR winner (Punk or Cena) challenges the Rock for the WWE title at WM29.

SD. Orton and Barrett come face to face in the ring. Orton tells Barrett it's the two of the one on one for the World Title at WrestleMania.

Cue the one month WM main event hype we have these days*

WrestleMania 29. Wade Barrett successfully defends the title against Randy Orton, thus establishing him as a top heel in the WWE. The end.
