He could get re-built this week if they wanted to. All they'd have to do is have a title match between him and Kofi Kingston and have Del Rio screw Kofi to heat up their feud. From there on, just have him win against some low midcarders and people will forget what's been happening. If you really want to try to make sense of it, which doesn't need to happen, but if you really want to, all you have to do is have him say that he hasn't been able to focus properly because of a certain reason and he's getting back on track now.

I don't think he deserves a re-building, though.

Interesting his gimmick is pure WWE (no indies before). I like your idea. If a gimmick doesn't work sometimes you just have to exaggerate it into a comics-like character. Swagger could become a caricature of himself and the Swearing Eagle is totally needed. I love this beast.

Later you can repackage him into somebody else :

This. The Eagle alone was great, when you add to that Swagger's talking like it's a real eagle is just too damn funny. I'd also love for him to go to the announcer's table and call one of them coach and ask what the plan is for the match and after the announcer tells him they aren't his coach and insult him, he'd say "thanks for the pep talk coach!" or even do this with a booing fan.

Rebuilt?.. It is time to make him a much more serious competitor.. enough of the smiling.. and eagles and trophies and daddy's.. Just go and kick some ass.. get in the ring and prove how good u can be in the ring.. show some ruthless aggression.. and there u go.. Swagger is rebuilt, cocked, loaded and ready.

We know Swagger isnt a great talker.. but he certainly gets the job done. He is a very good technical wrestler.. All he needs is a character. Book him like hes the man.. and he will become one.

I have a two part solution for rebuilding Jack Swagger. First rebuild the US or IC title division pack it with high fliers and gimic matches then have Jack get pissed off about getting passed over for them and have him wreck the whole division ending with him winning the title.(in other words take a page out of TNA's play book) The out come rebuilds a division it gives Swagger a story line with a clash of styles feud.:gun:..........

Have him win MITB and cash it in on the Smackdown after Mania, not giving any time for him to build as a Upper Carder.........oh wait.

Honestly, i think winning MITB again would help, but actually let him build up with the case, like they've done with Miz. Give a few decent storylines, and feuds. Have an Intercontinental run, lose the title cheaply and then have him cash in.

He should win the US Title, honestly. Not the IC. The potential for the All-American American US Champion is golden. He should be able to build from there.

This is WWE 2011, people have short memories and attention spans. Give him a couple good wins and make him U.S. or Intercontinental champ and the jobbing and Superstars demotion will be forgotten.
