How often do you brush? How often do you floss and/or use mouth wash? Do you enjoy brushing? Techniques, tips, strategies, etc. What type of toothbrush do you use? The vibrating ones or the normal ones? What brands do you prefer? If you wear retainers, what do you use to clean those out?

I only brush my teeth when I need to go out in public and I use Listerine to clean out my retainers and gingivitis in my teeth.

I used to have terrible oral hygeine up until a couple years ago when I went in and had all my teeth fixed up and started brushing and flossing regularly. I use a Colgate Motion electric toothbrush and Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste. If I feel I'm going to be up close and personal with people I'll also use mouthwash to really freshen up my breath.
