How do you make pics smaller? Like the one in my sig.

It's not in violation of any of the rules...

But to resize it you have to have a program like Paint (its resizing SUCKS though), Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, or this n00b program called Photo Pos Pro.

After resizing, you have to upload the file to the Internet.
