How do you get a coloured name?

Is it possible for me to get the colour around my name when i post like kaneanite,nitemare and others or do i have to earn it?

You have to have enough points, go to the store and click on Glowing Username, then type in what colour you want and then you have it.

It costs 700 points to change it to color, he has enough to do that.
