Oh boy...
1. If you have Photoshop use it to make banners. Go to http://good-tutorials.com for some Photoshop tutorials.
2. You can request for a banner only if you have 100 posts.
3. If you already have a banner upload it on http://photobucket.com and then go to USER CP>Edit Signature>put the image url on the box.
