I didnt exactly know where to put this....im looking for a site that teaches noobs at htis, like i dont even know how to use ANY tools in PS. I dont understand layers, anything like that at all. I will use good-tuts later but i gotta know the basic stuff first. I have no idea about anything though

like i said, they dont have tuts on how to learn the stuff, its all telling u what to do to make stuff assuming i know what they mean, which i dont, btw, read the post, i said i would use that when i know somehting, but i know nothing now.
