Help account been banned - please could administrator read this.

Hi there, please could a administrator answer this question, I have just had a account ([user]Watkins22[/user]) that have been banned for giving out spam, please could you tell me how I have done this and could it be possible that I could have it unbanned, as I am not trying to give out any spam to anybody, if you are applying that to me
