so i pretty much thought that brock - hhh summerslam -with brock winning would set up the streak match at mania with brock and taker, but now that hbk is involved it seems pretty much certain. i dont know how they will do it, but trips and hbk are totally connected to the streak storyline and brock is best option by far to face taker at mania.

Will this be undertakers last match? I cant imagine him going much longer, he looks in real bad shape these days

Yep, HBK only turns up these days to give his opinion on who will win Triple H matches.

An after match appearance by the Deadman could even be on the cards.

Definitely don't see that happening. I agree as well, now that HBK has been pulled into HHH vs Lesnar, I can definitely see Taker vs Lesnar at WM. I had been thinking it for a while with the HHH/Lesnar feud but now I can definitely see it happening. I can see, whoever wins at SummerSlam, Lesnar savagely beating HBK/HHH/both after the bell goes. The the *GONG* hits, lights go out, fans go apeshit, when the lights come back on Taker is behind Lesnar in the ring, delivers chokeslam/tombstone to Lesnar, cue WM.

Well... I hope this happens!

Against CM Punk last year HHH look overweight and in bad shape.
This year at Wrestlemania he looked in some of the best shape of his life, he had been training very hard for months and totally changed his routine, there was a column in a fitness magazine about how hard he was training. Then he went one to put on one of the greatest matches of career.



On the other hand HBK could have plenty of different ways to be involved.
He could simply be there to watch his friend triumph or be there to watch his friend be wiped out.

I do think this will be HHH last match for a while and this is why the have chosen Lesnar to end it for a while, in the build up they have just made Lesnar look to weak which makes me think that Lesnar will win the match. Also makes me think that there might have been an agreement that if Lesnar looses to Cena then he beats HHH.

HBK involvement could also be him interfering to cause HHH to win with a dirty pin. Or unlikely as it seems get involved to cause Lesnar to win leading to a Wrestlemania match of HBK Vs HHH.


But with Lesnar booked for 30 - 40 appearances of a year he still has a lot of them to burn through after Summerslam, which makes me think he will be around at Survivors Series against possibly CM Punk with some Paul Heyman involvement, especially as these two have history.

Or if the rumours are true and The Undertaker is back by Survivors Series maybe that could be a new feud for him.

Who knows.

Whilst it all sounds good, its 2012 and its pretty sad that in 2012 we are talking about HHH, HBK, Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker been the main event of summerlam and wrestlemania.

The Undertaker is my GOAT but these kind of matches need to slip down the card for the sake of the future.

I agree that it probably does clinch the inevitability of Lesnar/Taker at Wrestlemania XXIX, which was a rather obvious destination anyway but this only makes it all the more apparent that this is where they are headed.

John Cena vs. Undertaker at Wrestlemania 30 is probably his last match.
