You seem to some some wild, abstracty, weird bg, then just put any PSDs onto it. You have blue and pink in the bg, yet non of the cuts have pink or blue on them, its a mis-match, sometimes it works, but most of the time you have to make the bg in accordance with the cuts (or vice versa). I don't really like it. The cuts are too small and it just doesn't look good.

BG color do not fit the wrestlers. You need the colors that would fit them. Make the HHH pic bigger as well.

yeah, the bg and psds do not match AT ALL.
You shouldn't use the same size psds for every banner.
And you need to use lesser known fonts.
